烟气脱硫设备是指从烟道气或其他工业废气中除去硫氧化物。硫对环境的污染比较大,硫氧化物和硫化氢对大气的污染硫酸盐、硫化氢对水的污染是目前环境工作的重点。电厂生产流程中燃烧大量的煤,然而煤中常常含有一定量的硫元素,这些硫元素经过燃烧之后就会释放出大量的SO2,如果不加以治理,就会对环境造成巨大危害,因此电力行业都需要使用烟气脱硫设备。
烟气脱硫设备原理:将石灰石粉加水制成浆液作为吸收剂泵入吸收塔与烟气充分接触混合,烟气中的二氧化硫与浆液中的碳酸钙以及从塔下部进入的空气进行氧化反应生成硫酸钙,硫酸钙达到一定的饱和度后,结晶形成二水石膏。经过吸收塔排出口的石膏浆液浓缩、脱水,使其含水量小于10%,然后用输送机送至石膏贮仓堆放,脱硫后的烟气经过除雾器除去雾滴,在经过换热器加热升温后由烟囱排入大气。由于吸收塔内吸收剂浆液通过循环泵反复循环与烟气接触,吸收剂利用率很高,钙硫比较低,脱硫效率大于95%。烟气脱硫设备基本组成:该工艺需要用到吸收塔、输送机、除雾器、换热器等设备。

Principle of flue gas desulfurization equipment: made from limestone powder and water pumping slurry as the absorbent absorption tower is mixed with a good contact with flue gas, sulphur dioxide in flue gas with the calcium carbonate in the slurry and from the tower bottom into the air oxidation reaction to generate calcium sulfate, calcium sulfate after reaching a certain degree of saturation, dihydrate gypsum crystal formation. The gypsum slurry discharged from the absorption tower is concentrated and dehydrated to make its water content less than 10%, and then sent to the gypsum storage warehouse by a conveyor for stacking. After desulfurization, the flue gas is removed by the mist eliminator to remove fog droplets, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney after heating and heating through the heat exchanger. Because the absorbent slurry in the absorber is in contact with flue gas by circulating pump repeatedly, the absorbent utilization rate is very high, the calcium and sulfur ratio is low, and the desulfurization efficiency is more than 95%.
