不锈钢洗涤塔作为常见的废气处理设备,在运行中为了可以使得废气和洗涤药液充分接触,我们需要在塔内添加一定量的散堆填料/规整填料,来增大气体与药液的接触面积,使其更加相互混合发生化学反应。
填料性能优劣主要取决于:有较大的比表面积(m2/m3填料层);液体在填料表面有较好的均匀分布性能;气流能在填料层中均匀分布;调料具有较大的空隙率(m3/m3填料层)。在相同的操作条件下,填料的比表面积越大,气液分布越均匀,表面的润湿性能越好,则传质效率越高;填料的空隙率越大,结构越开敞,则通量越大,压降亦越低。
不锈钢洗涤塔填料种类的选择
1.传质效率要高,一般而言,规整填料的传质效率高于散装填料。
2.填料抗污堵性能强,拆装、检修方便。
3.通量要大,在保证具有较高传质效率的前提下,应选择具有较高泛点气速或气相动能因子的填料。
4.填料层的压降要低
同类填料,尺寸越小,分离效率越高,但阻力增加,通量减少;而大尺寸的填料应用于小直径塔中,又会产生液体分布不良及严重的壁流,使塔的分离效率降低。因此,对塔径与填料尺寸的比值要有一规定,一般塔径与填料公称直径的比值D/d应大于8。

The choice of packing type of stainless steel washing tower
1. High mass transfer efficiency. Generally speaking, the mass transfer efficiency of the structured packing is higher than that of the bulk packing.
2. The filler has strong anti-pollution and blocking performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance.
3. If the flux is large, the filler with high flooding point gas velocity or gas phase kinetic energy factor should be selected on the premise of ensuring high mass transfer efficiency.
4. The pressure drop of packing layer should be low
The smaller the size of the same packing, the higher the separation efficiency, but the resistance increases, the flux decreases; However, the application of large size filler in small diameter column will produce bad liquid distribution and serious wall flow, which will reduce the separation efficiency of column. Therefore, there should be a regulation on the ratio of tower diameter to packing size. Generally, the ratio D/ D of tower diameter and packing nominal diameter should be greater than 8.
