玻璃钢罐损坏有哪些形式和原因呢?

1、要谨防玻璃钢罐超压;周应力破坏的典型形式在路管中是纵向开裂,在立式贮罐中则是垂直开裂。

2、塑料层压物的开裂和漏泄是由于超过了设计条件,例如超压、超过真空限度、震动,来自蒸汽喷射加热器的震动。

3、层压物的化学侵蚀可以有许多形式,例如溶剂作用和脱水等。

4、管口的损坏可能由于不正确的设计或不适合的支撑;对玻璃钢罐的管口不要马虎,及时只用于重载荷,也应规定并使用至少为100磅/寸立方表压的短接管,而且用角撑板加固。

5、玻璃钢罐和容器在发货装运后,应该检查有无裂缝,如果罐体没有支撑好是可能发生的;由于不适合的搬运方式,曾经发生过罐体与罐头之间出现大裂缝的事故。

6、要防止在罐内发生严重放热反应,这可以造成玻璃钢罐的严重损坏,许多生产这种反应的系统都设计了倾斜或冷却装置以抵御大量放热。

7、接地不好的玻璃钢罐会引起严重的破坏,甚至会把盘形罐顶大貂,盘形罐顶是玻璃钢罐的薄弱环节,这可以从主观设计公式的理论上证明,并且已被实践证实,不管贮罐是玻璃钢罐或是金属罐的都一样。
