不锈钢罐的运用首要包括查看工作，操作过程，修理保养及留意事项，详细过程见如下。

　　1、查看准备工作

　　1.1点动拌和电机，查看有无异常动静及漏油现象。

　　1.2查看各阀门封闭是否紧密，查看密封体系，防止漏油。

　　1.3查看电器是否完好，有无漏电现象。

　　1.4查看安全阀、压力表、温度表、真空表等是否完好。

　　2、配料罐运用操作过程

　　2.1翻开真空阀门，待真空度到达-0.04Mpa时翻开进料口阀门，按工艺利用真空抽入前处理好的料液。

　　2.2翻开进水阀门，抽入纯化水至工艺要求，翻开排气阀，破真空。

　　2.3开启总电源开关，翻开拌和电机开关，进行拌和混匀。此刻翻开手孔进行投入固体粉料。增加结束，封闭，继续拌和。

　　2.4药液需加热时，翻开夹套蒸汽阀门，同时翻开疏水阀，压力控制在0.10 Mpa以下，不用时封闭蒸汽阀，再关疏水阀。

　　2.5药液冷却时，翻开夹套底部进水阀和出水阀进行冷却，不需要时封闭进水阀和出水阀，运用结束后及时清洗。

　　2.6留意压力表压力，使之保持在0.1Mpa，到达加热要求封闭蒸汽阀门。

　　2.7拌和混合结束封闭电机开关，封闭电源总闸，翻开放料阀进行放料。

　　3、修理保养

　　3.1常常查看焊缝、管路、液位计、阀门及人孔的气密性。

　　3.2常常查看温度计、压力表的活络度。

　　3.3查看安全阀是否活络，疏水阀是否畅通。

　　3.4大修周期为一年，大修时一切传动部件滚动轴承需更换时，应及时更换，加注黄油润滑后，盖上注油孔。

　　4、留意事项

　　4.1设备运行出现故障，应将罐内余汽排尽，不能带压修理。

　　4.2修理时，防止液体溅到电机上。

　　4.3设备运用结束及时进行清洗。
